楓糖麵包



第一次用楓糖來做麵包,口感鬆軟,但味道很特別,有點甜甜咸咸的味道!但先生似乎不甚欣賞。。。。。。。@_< ~~~ 有點可憐啊!但我自己就覺得冇問題呢!
食譜是來自 ~~ 當雙魚座遇到山羊座 的Mabel

高筋粉 325g
奶粉 12g
牛奶 150g
雞蛋 35g
楓蜜糖 70g
無鹽牛油 39g
乾酵母 3g
鹽 5g

1. 除牛油外,其他材料搓揉成粗麵糰
2. 加入牛油搓揉成表面光滑不黏手呈薄膜的麵糰,然後滾圓,放入鋼盆作基本發酵至兩倍大
3. 輕輕排氣,然後分割滾圓,鬆弛10分鐘,再次滾圓放入焗盤發酵至兩倍大
4. 放入己預熱焗爐用200度焗約10至12分鐘。

我很喜歡楓糖的香味呢~
真的估不到,直接法都可做到隔天仍軟綿綿的麵包啊! ^^v

係呀,我都覺得楓糖做的麵包有特別的風味,同埋真是好軟綿綿呀,但可惜先生不喜歡呢!
