Cheese Double Soft Bread









真係好鬆軟,好鬆軟呀!

睇見個名叫做 Double Soft,一下子已經被吸引下去,今朝焗起,嘩真係軟到不得了呀!我仲加左最愛的芝士粒粒作餡,唔!我滿足的早餐呀!

材料:
高筋麵粉 320g
乾酵母 6g
砂糖 20g
鹽 6g
蜜糖 22g
雞蛋 32g
無鹽牛油 16g
鮮奶油 32g
水 160g

1. 除了牛油外,將其他材料搓勻成粗麵糰
2. 加入牛油搓至表面光滑呈薄膜,第一次發酵大約60mins至兩倍大
3. 將麵糰取出排氣,第二次發酵30mins
4. 分割成8個小麵糰,滾圓鬆弛 25mins
5. 再度滾圓放入焗盤作最後發酵大約60mins至兩至三倍大
6. 放入已預熱焗爐用180度焗5mins,調至160度焗多10mins,即成。

事實上我做包比起蛋糕真係較得心應手,但都有很多很多地方要改善,所以要努力學習加練習才可呢!

請問你是否用高溶點芝士呢? 我到過沙田和中環CitySuper問過,都無人答到,後來買了一種叫English Cheddar Cheese,但一焗就溶了,請問可以在那裡買和叫什麼名字呢? 謝謝 :)

dear 井底娃,
我做呢個包的芝士係響惠康買的,叫做特濃chedder cheese,係一舊裝的,遲d影幅相俾你睇呀!不過佢冇註明係高溶點的,今次我係第一次用,都係諗住試下,出來的效果其實係個邊皮位都有少許溶,而唔係成個cube好完整咁出現番,但係我都覺得ok,你都可以買黎試下,但係個味真係幾濃,你要留意!
同埋係citysuper個度我係響即叫即切個cheese counter度買架喎,佢地既staff仲會話俾你聽個味道添,我係ifc同timesquare個間都買過,你再試下呀!
