Raisin Scones



今朝返晏少少,所以就可以一早起身做個新鮮熱辣的早餐俾自己同老公食。
話咁快....由磅材料到出爐大概都係用左45分鐘,真係好方便......今次呢個食譜係跟"美味DIY"做,口感幾鬆化,不過我就覺得唔似係出邊食個d咁重牛油味,要諗下先得!

Receipe from "美味DIY" (6個細)

Butter 50g
自發粉 140g
鮮奶 56g
提子乾 30g
鮮奶 1tbsp(掃面用)

1. preheat焗爐200度,篩自發粉
2. 牛油加入自發粉放在大碗內用手指將其混合一起(好像麵包糠的型態),加入提子乾拌勻
3. 加入鮮奶混合成一個軟粉糰,放在桌面用棍至開成大概2cm厚度
4. 用圓形切割器分成6份,用牛奶掃面,用200度焗around 20mins.
