Homemade Blueberry Jam & 提子士干




我其實好少會係出邊買果醬o黎食,因為多數都好甜!但係參考左KiKi的介紹,發覺原來自己整都唔係咁難,加上我發現附近的supermarket係接近關門的時候,好多平時都幾貴的生果都會減價,所以成本唔係咁高就試下啦!
專登再整 scones o黎試味,個味道好好呀,最緊要個甜味可以切合番自己來調較,但係個質感好似乾左少少,下次要留意下,有左今次經驗,下次份量可以整多些囉!

好好味! 可以放在雪櫃3個月左右. 淋在鮮奶酪, 做雪糕, 塗麵包, 做夾心餅乾.....都
