蕃茄芝士包包(湯種) & 雙色芝士波波




個蕃茄芝士波波好似地殼變動咁爆晒口

今晚會見到兩個阿姨,佢地話想試下我整既麵包同小食,睇下有冇進步到......所以就揀o左我整左幾次的蕃茄芝士麵包同芝士波波(因為我驚試新野會失敗) ,仲有跟網友Elsa整的蕃茄芝士波波。
麵包我就覺到係做型方面有少少進步,而搓粉方面都快左少少成型,所以我要繼續做多 d,因為真係要靠時常練習才會有進步的!
至於個蕃茄芝士波波就唔係咁理想啦,因為將所有材料混合之後,唔知點解個mixture會好"熙",根本唔可以用手拎起,我以為磅錯粉的份量,所以就加左兩大匙糯米粉落去,但係焗出來就太乾喇,我諗都要向"高手"請教請教先得!

D包包整得十分好呀!!至於D波波都好好呢!!! 下次加水時慢慢加, 咁就唔怕太濕啦!!

Hello,

I tried to make cheese ball ball twice..first failed because too watery. Second time, the balls were too hard and I followed this recipe: http://www.leisure-cat.com/frm_1244.htm

How can I make it softer next time...any tips? :( thank you!!
