Pizza



剛剛個 muffins先出爐,又要預備今晚的 dinner 喇!呢個 pizza 睇落唔難整,但係其實又唔係話咁易喎.....點解,可能我的搓粉技術仍有待改善啦....
至於味道....梗係好味啦,因為 d 餡全部都係我鍾意食既,有火腿、菠蘿、蟹柳、粟米同蘑菇,但係可能太貪心的關係,個 pizza面好似座山咁高,要用匙先食到呀...同埋初初灑芝士的時候好似好多,但係焗左出來原來唔夠,下次可以放心落多 d 喇.....

Recipe from E-cake Gallery:

Flour 200g
Yeast 5g
Water 120ml
Salt 2g
Olive oil 20g

1. 將所有材料搓至光滑 (最好成麵團後才加salt及oil)
2. 第一次發酵45mins
3. 取出麵團拍出大氣泡, 可將麵團分成兩個份量
4. 鬆馳麵團15mins
5. 之後搌開麵團, 塗上pizza醬/蕃茄醬
6. 灑上mozarella cheese及喜愛的餡料
7. 再在餡料面灑上parmesan cheese增加口感
8. 放入已preheat190度焗爐, 焗20mins至金黃色
