繼續....BB菇



吃過了白汁,
今趟來個蕃茄汁來拌BB菇吧!
今天伴這個意粉的,
還有在超市做特價的薄切牛舌片,
雖然愛吃厚切多很多,
但有特價便要將就一下,
買了兩盒...
和先生每人分了10塊左右,
哈哈, 吃多幾件補數囉!
蕃茄醬汁是早兩天有空,
買了一大袋蕃茄煮做成的,
將蕃茄去皮加洋蔥,
一些香草、調味料,
還有一隻小辣椒和少許水煮至爛,
再用Blender打溶,
便可用來做意粉或塗麵包,
用剩可存放在乾淨的玻璃瓶內放入雪櫃,
一星期內吃完便可,
這個比起在超市買意粉醬的價錢便宜很多呢!

Thanks for the tips on making tomato sauce. You're right, it's really expensive to buy ready-to-use tomato sauce from supermarket.

I make my sauce almost from scratch most of the time. Almost, because I use tomato paste :)
