簡單的晚餐

星期六日都唔係屋企食飯,上個星期買落的蔬菜肉食擺左係雪櫃好多日,都係時候一次過清理佢喇!

蕃茄薯仔湯 -
雖然冇落肉,但係落左好多元貝仔,所以好甜、好味!

蠔油雞翼 -
我最鍾意的雞翼同冬菇,所以係我家的"常餐"

蝦皮豆腐 -
先分別將豆腐煎香/蝦皮用乾蔥爆香,再回鑊炒炒,就成為一味幾香口的豆腐菜式喇!
後記:不過因為我今次太懶,沒有將豆腐煎香,所以變成豆腐碎....^_^

蒜蓉炒鮮露荀 -
係supermarket counter的嬸嬸教的,話唔駛落肉,清炒都好味,所以就試下啦。
後記:清清地同爽口,唔錯唔錯!
