香草意大利麵包(Focaccia)



成個星期都冇整到麵包,個心掛住掛住咁,所以今晚就把握時間整左冇食好耐的意大利香草包喇!本來諗住加埋酸瓜係面等個包包的顏色有紅有綠靚d,但係用既時候至發現冇買到,唯有都係等蕃茄乾獨當一面啦!

Bread Flour 315g
Cake Flour 135g
Sugar 25g
Salt 5g
Yeast 9g
Olive oil 90g
Water 250g

1. 所有材料拌勻後搓至滑身
2. 發酵40mins
3. 排氣後鬆弛5mins
4. 將麵團捍成同烤盤一樣大
5. 放入烤盤,以手指壓出一排排的洞
6. 可在洞內放蕃茄乾/橄欖粒7. 灑上Black pepper,herbs,minced garlec,rosemary
8. 發酵30mins
9. 塗上一層olive oil(但我塗了蕃茄乾樽內的油)及灑上海鹽
10. 入預熱180C焗爐焗15mins
