鮮奶油吐司








跟著冬冬姐的食譜去做,
出來效果很好啊,
很軟很綿,只是太久沒練習,
沒法掌握好最後的發酵,
令到吐司出角,
下次要留意呢!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~


材料:
高粉 ...... 100%
三溫糖 ..... 10%
鹽 ...... 1.5%
yeast ...... 1%
鮮奶油 ...... 20%
牛奶 ........ 55%
牛油 ........ 8%


1. 將材料搓揉成薄膜狀,作第一次發酵至兩倍半大
2. 翻面約15mins,然後分割、滾圓、再次鬆弛約10mins
3. 擀捲兩次,放入吐司模中發酵至8分滿
4. 放入已預熱酵箱用190度酵約35mins。

嘩, 你終於有新攪作 la... 星期一我都做咗呢個吐司, 但淨係等第一輪發酵都等咗 3 個鐘, 成個過程足足用咗 6 個鐘先大功告成, 但就好好味囉, 有時間真係要請教吓你點樣發酵會好 d....
