Blueberry Cheese Cake




Hee!!! 我終於都可以擁有自己的網頁啦,雖然個instruction教話好易用,但係我都整o左好耐,可能我天資唔夠聰敏啦。 而家整到,仲唔即刻post呢個蛋糕等自己開心.....
呢個係我第一個自己一手一腳整既cake,味道、質感都ok,不過個海棉蛋糕底就唔夠鬆軟,唯有寄望下次會好d啦....

Cream Cheese 145g
Blueberry Yogurt 120g
Egg Yolk 4pcs
Sugar 68g
Gelatine 10g
Cream 250g
清蛋糕1片/手指餅整碎加牛油

1. 首先把芝士和糖(68g)打軟,然後加入蛋黃攪勻,再混合blueberry yogurt備用
2. 把魚膠浸軟坐熱水溶解,加入1/3的(1),拌勻後再加入其餘的2/3攪勻備用
3. 把cream 打起,然後慢慢加入芝士混合物,攪勻即可
4. 將清蛋糕放在盤底,倒入芝士糊,放入雪櫃雪around 1hr至表面凝固,倒入Topping(Blueberry Filling 200g + Gelatine 2g),再雪2-3hrs 便成.
