Focaccia



終於都食完一連五日的減肥餐喇,磅數似乎冇咩輕到,可能真係要食耐 d先見效,算啦..........當清下腸胃囉!
忍左咁耐,終於都可以整番包包俾自己食,嘻,唔知整邊隻好呢?思前想後,都係整番Focaccia,點解.....因為上次整完,雖然自己都覺得仲有好多要改善的地方,但係都好好食呀,所以都係想整佢,咁樣咪有得食,又可以練習下囉..................
今次用做左一半的份量,同埋屋企原來唔夠低筋粉,所以用左 All Purpose Flour 代替,又學左網友 Elsa 的方法,係預熱同入爐之係的頭幾分鐘灑水,放涼左切開試左一件,個面真係俾上次脆好多,真係多謝 Elsa 的分享。
